Welcome to AquariumFishFarm.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Live Animal Sales & Guarantee

All live fish, aquatic animals, and plants are sold subject to our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. If your order arrives with any deceased or unwell animals, you must notify us within 4 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence. We will replace the affected items at no cost — or issue a full refund if replacement isn’t possible.
This guarantee does not cover losses due to improper acclimation, tank conditions, or failure to follow care instructions after delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship Monday–Thursday via temperature-controlled, oxygenated packaging to ensure safe transit.
We do not ship to locations with extreme temperatures (below 35°F or above 95°F) without customer confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (for international orders).
We do not ship to Australia or international destinations without prior approval and compliance with local biosecurity laws.

3. Age & Responsibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase live aquatic animals. By ordering, you confirm you have the proper equipment, knowledge, and commitment to provide long-term care. We reserve the right to refuse orders if we believe the recipient is unprepared.

4. Care Instructions & Liability

We provide detailed, science-based care guides with every order. However, we are not responsible for the health or survival of animals after delivery, as care depends entirely on the buyer’s environment, water quality, feeding habits, and acclimation process.
Improper tank setup, incompatible species, or failure to quarantine are not covered under our guarantee.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Live animals: No returns or exchanges after 4-hour delivery window unless under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
Non-living items (plants, decor, equipment): Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Customer pays return shipping.
All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

6. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, videos, guides, and product descriptions — is owned by Aquarium Fish Farm and protected under copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aquarium Fish Farm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, care, or keeping of aquatic life, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of other livestock.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance. The most current version will always be posted here.
