Motor Stingray

The Motor Stingray lives up to its name — moving with a silent, fluid motion that feels like a living ballet. Its deep black body shimmers with faint iridescent blues under light, and its wide pectoral fins give it unmatched grace. Requires a 250+ gallon tank with soft sand, low current, and excellent water quality (ammonia = 0). These rays are sensitive to poor water and can be shy — but with time, they become interactive and even recognize their caregivers. We feed ours live bloodworms and shrimp to enhance health and color. All our Motor Stingrays are captive-bred — never wild-caught.
