Flat rate: $29.99 (U.S. & Australia)

  • All live fish orders ship Monday–Thursday only to ensure weekend transit avoidance.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST Thursday will ship the following Monday.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days for order preparation, health checks, and custom oxygenated packaging.
  • Delivery estimates include processing + transit. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

Failed Delivery & Address Errors
